100-NIGHT SLEEP TRIAL & RETURNS

We believe your dog should decide.

Every Zenest Ridge bed comes with a 100-night sleep trial. We're not worried — we know how dogs respond to this bed. But trust takes time, and we want yours to have enough.

HOW IT WORKS

Night 1–30 — The Adjustment Period

Your dog needs time to build trust with a new bed. Most dogs settle in within two to four weeks. Returns are not accepted during this period.

A few things that help:
• Place the bed where your dog already likes to rest
• Add a familiar blanket or toy on top
• Let them explore on their own — no forcing
• If using in a crate, leave the door open at first

Night 31–100 — The Decision

If the bed isn't right after 30 nights, here's what to do:

1. Email support@furizen.com to start your return
2. We'll confirm eligibility and approve the donation
3. Donate the bed to a local animal shelter or registered rescue
4. Send us a photo of the donated bed and the donation receipt (with organization name and date)
5. We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 72 hours

Your return gives a shelter dog a better place to sleep. We think that's a good ending either way.

One Trial Per Address Per Year

To keep this program sustainable, each shipping address is eligible for one sleep trial per 12-month period.

CONDITIONS

• The bed must be in a donatable condition (no major damage or heavy staining)
• Please contact us before donating — beds donated without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund
• Original shipping cost is non-refundable
• Refund covers the full product price to your original payment method

QUALITY ISSUES

If your bed arrives damaged or defective, that's separate from the sleep trial. Email us a photo and we'll replace it immediately — no trial period, no donation needed.

10-YEAR BOUNCE-BACK WARRANTY

We stand behind the ZephyrTech™ air-fiber core for 10 years. Air-fiber is built to bounce back — not slowly cave in like old foam. If the core ever truly flattens under normal use, we'll replace it, free — once, anytime in 10 years.

What counts as flattening: losing more than 20% of its original height (keeping under 80% of its loft). Air-fiber springs back once the weight's off, so we check after the core has rested flat, unweighted, for 48 hours. If it's still under 80%, you're covered — a quick photo with a ruler is all we need.

What's not covered: the removable cover (not under warranty), zippers, chewing or clawing, stains, misuse, or normal surface wear. Original owner, proof of purchase, one bed.
