Most dogs need a little time with a new bed — that's completely normal.
Here's what works:

1. Place it where you spend the most time. Dogs rest better near their humans.
2. Drop a few treats on the bed. Let them discover it on their own — no forcing.
3. Don't wash it for the first month. Your dog's scent is what makes it feel like theirs.
   Most dogs settle in within 1–2 weeks. If yours needs more time, that's okay too — you have 100 nights to decide.

Measure your dog from nose to base of tail, then add 6–12 inches. Match to our size chart:

Medium — 7–40 lbs (3–18 kg)
36" × 23" × 6" (91 × 58 × 15 cm)
Small to medium dogs: Pomsky, Beagle, Corgi, French Bulldog, Cocker Spaniel

Large — 18–88 lbs (8–40 kg)
48" × 30" × 6" (121 × 76 × 15 cm)
Medium to large dogs: Border Collie, Husky, Labrador, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd

When in doubt, size up. A slightly bigger bed is always better than too small.

Three key differences:
Breathability— Air moves through the open-cell fiber structure. Memory foam traps heat.
Drying time— The core rinses clean and air-dries the same day. Memory foam can take 24–48 hours and often develops odor.
Weight— Lightweight and easy to move between rooms. Memory foam beds tend to be heavy.

• Remove and machine wash on a gentle cycle

We recommend washing every 2–3 weeks — not more. Your dog's scent on the bed is what makes it theirs. Clean enough to stay fresh, not so much that it feels foreign.

Yes — it's designed for it. Medium fits standard 36" crates (36×23×6 in). Large fits standard 48" crates (48×30×6 in). No trimming, no forcing, no gaps.

After night 30, if it's not the right fit, donate the bed to a local animal shelter or rescue. Send us a photo and the donation receipt, and we'll refund you in full within 72 hours.
