Your dog gets 100 nights to decide.
The first 30 nights are an adjustment period — your dog needs time to build trust with their new bed. Returns are not accepted during this time.
After night 30, if it's not the right fit, donate the bed to a local animal shelter or rescue. Send us a photo and the donation receipt, and we'll issue a full refund within 72 hours.
Your return helps a shelter dog sleep better tonight. That's a good ending either way.

The whole core washes clean — not just the cover.
Foam beds only let you rinse the cover — odor and moisture stay locked inside for good. ZephyrTech™ air-fiber is built differently: its open-fiber structure lets water flow straight through the entire core. Rinse it, stand it up to air-dry, done.
Outer Cover:
• Remove and machine wash (gentle cycle, cold water)
• Air dry or tumble dry low
• Wash every 2–3 weeks
ZephyrTech Core:
• Rinse under running water as needed
• Stand upright in a ventilated area to dry (~24 hours)
• No machine wash or tumble dry
Pro Tip: Your dog's scent on the bed is what makes it theirs. Wash the cover regularly, but deep-clean the core only when needed — accidents, seasonal refresh, or every 4–6 weeks.

Does it fit my dog's crate?
Yes — it's designed for it. Medium fits standard 36" crates (36×23×6 in). Large fits standard 48" crates (48×30×6 in). No trimming, no forcing, no gaps.
Which size should I choose?
Medium (36×23×6 in) is ideal for pets up to 40 lbs. Large (48×30×6 in) fits pets up to 88 lbs.
If your dog loves to stretch out, or is between sizes, we recommend sizing up. If they curl up, choose based on weight and your available floor space.
What is ZephyrTech™ air fiber—and how does it feel?
ZephyrTech™ is our proprietary air-fiber blend, engineered to feel closer to natural latex: soft to the touch, bouncy under pressure, with zero plastic texture. It's 90% air for natural breathability, and the entire core rinses clean — not just the cover. Backed by a 10-year no-collapse Warranty.

How do I wash and care for it?
Outer cover: Remove and place inside the included Furizen laundry bag. Machine wash cold on gentle with mild detergent. Air dry for best results.
Inner core: Rinse with water (hand rinse), then air dry thoroughly before reuse.
Regular care helps keep the bed fresh, breathable, and ready for everyday use.
Will it stay in place on smooth floors?
The base features a dedicated non-slip design for stable placement on common home surfaces, helping the bed stay put during daily use. For extra active pets or very slick flooring, placing it on a rug or using a thin non-slip pad can add even more security.
